Terms of Service
These terms explain the booking and payment services provided by Canine Ranch and Retreat LLC.
Booking and services
Canine Ranch and Retreat LLC provides dog boarding and daycare booking and related client services. We are located at 1501 Walsh Drive, Round Rock, TX 78681. Services are by appointment only; we do not accept drop-ins. A booking requires a confirmed drop-off time and a confirmed pick-up time between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM.
Appointments and responsibility
You agree to provide accurate contact, pet, health, medication, and vaccine information and to follow the appointment time and applicable boarding requirements. We may decline or cancel a booking when we cannot safely provide care or when required information is missing.
Payments
You agree to pay the quoted price for booked services and any additional care or charges that you authorize or that are reasonably required for your dog’s care. Payments may be processed through Square. We may use QuickBooks Online for our own business books. Prices, payment timing, cancellations, and any service-specific requirements will be communicated when you book.
Emergency care
If we believe your dog needs veterinary attention, we will try to contact you first. If we cannot reach you in time or the situation cannot wait, you authorize us to seek veterinary or emergency care, and you agree to pay the resulting veterinary and related costs.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Canine Ranch and Retreat LLC is not responsible for loss, illness, injury, delay, or property damage that is not caused by our negligence or willful misconduct. We are not responsible for ordinary veterinary decisions made in an emergency, or for belongings that are lost, damaged, chewed, or left behind. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Texts and privacy
Booking and stay texts may be sent from (737) 372-6564. Message and data rates may apply; frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Consent to texts is not required to book boarding or daycare. See our Privacy Policy for information practices and SMS terms.
